Começar pelo café da manhã. Durante esta estação, o dia é longo e nada melhor que preparar-se para enfrentá-lo logo ao acordar: Leite, pão, ovos, queijo… E que tal algo que dê sabor e energia como uma banana com uma cobertura saborosa? Vai ficar um barato.

Nas refeições, prefira pratos leves porém substanciosos, que vão repor a energia que se gasta a mais durante o verão. Uma salada de legumes crus ou cozidos, incrementada com maionese, vai deixar sua comida com um sabor especial, concorda?

No calor, nada de alimentos pesados. Ao contrário, prefira pratos leves, de fácil digestão, que vão ajudá-lo a ter mais disposição. Entretanto, é importante ter uma dieta equilibrada, com boa distribuição e dosagem de vitaminas e proteínas indispensáveis ao nosso organismo.
